I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Veggie Fries. I received product samples to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation. All opinions and reviews are my own.

The biggest reason why people don’t eat healthy is because we are so BUSY! Jobs, housework, kids, marriage, errands, etc and it all adds up so we find ourselves pulling up to that drive-through window a lot more than we should or making quick meals for our family that aren’t necessarily healthy.

Finally, there is a healthier option for dinner that the whole family will LOVE and only takes a few minutes in the oven to make.

All hail the Veggie Fries! Looks like a french fry, tastes like a french fry, but has vegetables cooked inside! No more sneaking veggies into your kid’s meals or tossing out uneaten vegetables after a meal. With Veggie Fries, nutrition comes easy in the form of a cute looking french fry.

They go from the freezer to your plate in no time at all and require no thought or menu planning. They are the perfect last-minute side dish or snack that your whole family will love. This is one frozen food you can actually feel good about serving to your family. Just grab a bag from your freezer, cut the top off the bag, spread the fries out on a pan, pop it in the oven for 20 minutes and then serve!

These are so delicious, that I had trouble not stealing then entire plate of them for myself! Even my super picky husband liked them, which totally amazed me. One bag is the perfect size to serve a family of 4 as a side dish, alongside a meal like hamburgers or chicken on the BBQ.

I love Veggies Fries, not just because they are incredibly delicious, but because they are made with all natural, non-GMO ingredients on top of also being gluten-free. Veggie Fries can appeal to most family’s because they are Vegan as well as being free of soy, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts and eggs. Each serving of Veggies Fries contains two servings of vegetables! They a great source of fiber, protein, vitamin A or C, are also very low in sodium.
